At Praise My Pet, we want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all pet-wear tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
